Ingredients
- 1 beet, julienned
- 1 small cabbage, outer leaves removed and shredded
- 1 cup thinly sliced radishes
- ½ cup sesame oil
- 3 tablespoons dijon mustard
- 3 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
- ½ cup cilantro chopped
- ½ teaspoon sea salt
Instructions
- Combine veggies in a bowl. Set aside.
- Whisk the mustard and apple cider vinegar with the sesame oil.
- Add the sesame oil dressing to the veggies, cilantro, salt, and thoroughly mix until thoroughly coated.
- Refrigerate to enhance flavor for at least two hours be&ore serving.
- This recipe is great as a substitute for traditional coleslaw. Use it on fish tacos or over your favorite protein as a summer time favorite.
