Ingredients
Salad Ingredients
- Assorted greens! (Laura’s favorites are butterhead lettuce, spinach, arugula, and mustard greens).
- Sweet white turnip slivered
- Asparagus spears
- Green onion (also called a scallion)
- Sugar snap peas
- Radish
- Purple Carrots
Dressing Ingredients
- 1/4 cup walnut oil
- 1/8 cup extra virgin olive oil
- 1 tablespoon raw honey or real maple syrup
- Juice of one lemon
- 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
- dash sea salt
Instructions
Veggie steps
- At LoveSelf, we adore a huge salad. Add a combination of the greens to the biggest bowl in your kitchen!
- Remove the woody end of the asparagus and slice into bite size pieces.
- Slice the sugar snap peas on the diagonal.
- Thinly slice the radishes.
- Shred the carrot.
- Add all the veggies to your greens.
- Toss with Laura’s dressing.
Dressing steps
- Combine all the ingredients in a glass jar with tight lid.
- Shake until combined
- Store any remaining in fridge and shake again before serving.
