- 1/2 cup chia seeds
- 2 cups almond milk (or other milk)
- 1/4 cup water

- 2 tablespoons lucuma powder (you may substitute another superfood powder or any other ingredient you would like, the possibilities are endless! If you choose not to use a powder, reduce the liquid in the original chia mixture by about a tablespoon.)
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions
- Combine the chia seeds, almond milk, and water and let the mixture soak in a sealed dish in the refrigerator overnight.
