Ingredients
- 3/4 cup virgin coconut oil
- 1/2 cup coconut sugar
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
- 1/8 tsp. Himalayan salt crystals
- dash of cayenne pepper
- 1/2 cup raw cacao powder
- 1/8-1/4 cup raw cacao nibs
- 1/4 cup goji berries
- 1 cup coconut chips or fine shredded
- 1/2 cup soaked and dehydrated walnuts, almonds or pumpkin seeds
Instructions
- Mix coconut oil, coconut sugar, vanilla, salt and cayenne together in a blender until smooth.
- Pour into a bowl and hand mix in the cacao powder until well mixed.
- Add the remainder of ingredients and stir well.
- Spoon batter onto a cookie sheet or into muffin tins. Refrigerate or freeze until set (about 10 minutes)
- Store in a container in your refrigerator and enjoy often!
