Paleo Protein Pancakes
Ingredients
- 2 bananas
- 2 tablespoons cashew butter
- 3 eggs
- 1/4 teaspoon baking soda
- dash sea salt
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon (or more to taste)
- 1/2 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice (optional)
Instructions
- Puree all ingredients together
- Pour onto medium heat non-stick griddle
- Turn pancakes when bubbles begin to pop
- Serve with real maple syrup and shredded coconut
