Paleo Chocolate Custard Spice
Ingredients
- 1 cup coconut milk
- ½ cup honey
- 1 tablespoon vanilla
- 5 eggs
- 1 tablespoon cocoa
- ¼ teaspoon sea salt
- ½ teaspoon ground clove
- ½ teaspoon sweet curry powde
Instructions
- Combine coconut milk, honey, and vanilla in a mixing bowl.
- Slowly beat in eggs.
- Add remaining ingredients.
- Pour (batter will be almost liquid consistency) into greased 4-inch ramekins.
- Set ramekins in pan with ½ inch deep water bath.
- Bake at 300 degrees for 45-50 minutes until the top is set.
- Top with raspberries, as desired.
- Makes approximately 12 4-inch ramekin cups.
