Our Gluten Free Double Chocolate Cookies are so yummy and easy to make! Plus they are refined sugar free and have the added healing benefit of cacao.
Ingredients
- 3 tablespoons butter
- 1 1/2 cups coconut sugar
- 1/4 cup cacao
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- dash sea salt
- 1/2 cup buckwheat flour
- 1/4 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon baking soda
- 3/4 cup gluten free chocolate chunks
Instructions
- Combine butter, egg, vanilla, coconut sugar, and cacao in a mixer or food processor.
- Add dry ingredients.
- Mix until smooth. The batter will be thick.
- Pulse in chocolate chunks.
- Roll into chocolate balls and place on greased cookie sheet.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 5 - 7 minutes.
