* Yuzu juice is available from most Asian markets.

Ingredients
- 3 medium avocados
- ½ cup crème fraiche (sour cream will work if crème fraiche is not available)
- 2 tablespoons fresh yuzu juice* (lime juice if yuzu not available)
- 2 teaspoons kosher salt
Instructions
- Blend all ingredients until smooth.
- Refrigerate before serving.
- For an added touch, serve in chilled ramekins or creative glassware.
