Ingredients
- 1 plantain
- 1 egg
- 1 tablespoon coconut flour
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- dash sea salt
Instructions
- Blend all ingredients until smooth.
- The batter will be the consistency of brownie batter.
- Pour into your favorite waffle maker.
- Note: Dependent on the consistency of your batter, the coconut flour may need to be increased. Green plantains are starchier and require less coconut flour. Yellow plantains will require more.
