We love this easy and creative recipe for Turmeric Roasted Acorn Squash Seeds. Acorn seeds are so fun to roast and amazingly healthy. Add the turmeric and you just created an anti-inflammatory powerhouse. We were inspired to create this recipe after baking a stuffed acorn squash. No reason to waste those amazing seeds!
