Serve the gluten free malaysian salmon with Angeline’s wonderful Vegan Chinese Orange Salad! Serves Two
Ingredients
- 2 Four Ounce Salmon Fillets
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- ½ teaspoon marjoram
- ½ teaspoon rosemary
- ¼ cup green onions
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 tablespoon coconut oil
- 1 slice fresh lemon
- 2 teaspoons gluten free soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon coriander
Instructions
- Marinate salmon with seasoning, soy sauce, and honey in refrigerator for two hours.
- Heat frying pan with coconut oil at medium heat. Place seasoned salmon in frying pan and cook for a few minutes on each side or until medium.
- Remove from heat and sprinkle with green onions, lemon juice and coriander.
